Entry-Level Office Admin Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills and great phone demeanor
  • Strong desire and motivation to improve and succeed, with a passion for helping people
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and Google Docs
  • Highly-organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task
  • Enjoy data entry and have knowledge of Quickbooks
  • Veterans welcome to apply
  • BA/BS preferred


Entry-Level Office Admin Compensation:

  • Full-time W-2 position paying $32,000 - $40,000 depending on experience
